We identify surplus funds held by county clerks following tax deed and foreclosure sales, locate the people entitled to them, and assist those people in filing a claim. We are compensated only if a claim is paid.
You do not need us. You may file a claim for surplus funds yourself, directly with the county, at no cost. You are not required to use our services or those of any other company, and you are not required to assign your interest to anyone.
